Sir Richard Aikens writes to Prime Minister concerning reported continued jurisdiction by ECJ

the Rt Hon Sir Richard Aikens, President of Lawyers for Britain and former Lord Justice of Appeal, has written to the Prime Minister in order to express his grave concerns over media suggestions that the government might be about to concede binding ECJ jurisdiction over the rights of EU nationals in the UK’

The letter from a former Lord Justice would certainly be more reliable in terms of law than the advice from May’s ‘Learned Friends’ Dominic Grieve and Kenneth Clarke.
